Grandma's Sweet Mustard

Hubby was running low on his favorite home made the girls and I made another batch...

Grandma Gloria's Champagne Mustard
2/3 cup white wine vinegar
2/3 cup dry mustard
3 whole eggs
3/4 cup sugar

 Combine sugar and mustard {mix well}
beat in eggs...add vinegar and cook with double boiler until thick {approx. 15 min} stirring frequently...

 Pour into your favorite jars...let cool before putting lids on.  Refrigerate...wait 2 weeks before using...this will improve the me it's worth the wait :)
Yields 3 small jars
